With the growing awareness of men’s mental health issues, we are delighted to announce our first ever programme for men.

There is increasing evidence that gender identity can have a big impact on mental health. Whilst suicide is the biggest cause of death for men under 35, men are less likely to access psychological therapies than women.

We have decided to run our first ever ‘All Man’ programme this Autumn in the hope of encouraging men to reach out and build the kind of supportive networks that protect against mental health problems.

See Talk for Health: All Man, for more details and booking.
