Talk for Health for Young People.

Talk for Health for young people is vital: 75% of what is called mental illness has been established by the age of 24, and 50% by 14.

To help address this, since 2014 we have successfully run tailored Talk for Health programmes at young people’s organisations and Universities including: Islington YMCA, SOAS, City University, Hearts and Minds. These have led to significantly increased wellbeing.
