Happy Sunday!

We wanted to share some recent statistics, for the significance of community within Talk For Health!
Before the programme, only 40 out of 100 people scored 7 or above for feeling part of a community. After the programme, 79 out of 100 people scored 7 or above for feeling part of a community. With this data we can see there was a 97.5% increase in feeling part of a community after completing the programme! This highlights that our programme creates a supportive and connected community and assists in playing these vital connections.
Warmest wishes,

Anika & the Talk for Health Team

FREE T4H SPECIAL – What a Wonder-Full World!

Led by Jaya Hartlein (Embodied Learning Trainer)

Participants will be invited to enter a shared space to engage in short exercises, using mindfulness and movement, listening in and out. We will be able to gain new perspectives on ourselves and how we relate to each other. Living with a sense of WONDER allows us to step into a new world, so even familiar experiences of ‘me’ shine in new ways.

The exercises will be fun to do, and will open the door for deeper reflection on who we are and how we are connected with the world around. There will be plenty of opportunity to share our experience.
