Happy Sunday!

As we bundle up in our warmest gear, it’s impossible not to notice that this week has brought an unexpected guest: a deep freeze! Temperatures have plunged into the minus, turning our breath into frosty clouds.

So, grab a hot beverage, find a comfy spot, and have a look at what we’ve got to offer this week!

Warmest wishes,

Emily & the Talk for Health Team

FREE T4H SPECIAL – Different ways of understanding mental ill-health and treatment

Dr Iain Jordan, a Consultant Psychiatrist and Clinical Director of Clerkenwell Health

The session will look at the dominant model of mental ill-health – the medical diagnostic model – and discuss the advantages of such a model and what the alternatives might be.

In this session we will explore the many different ways of thinking about mental ill-health and what different models are being researched and developed around the world.

The second half of the Special will give you a chance to experience some of our key learning areas of Talk for Health.
