Happy Sunday!
Apologies for no newsletter last week, we were experiencing some technical issues!

In recent years, the critical importance of having free and easy access to mental health and social support services has become increasingly clear. We find ourselves facing a funding cliff-edge that threatens our ability to provide the essential support so many rely on. This is where we need your help more than ever. Your donation to our crowdfunding page will empower us to continue offering these vital services when they’re needed the most. Donations big or small are greatly appreciated – Thank you!

FREE T4H SPECIAL – What a Wonder-Full World!

Led by Jaya Hartlein (Embodied Learning Trainer)

Participants will be invited to enter a shared space to engage in short exercises, using mindfulness and movement, listening in and out. We will be able to gain new perspectives on ourselves and how we relate to each other. Living with a sense of WONDER allows us to step into a new world, so even familiar experiences of ‘me’ shine in new ways.

The exercises will be fun to do, and will open the door for deeper reflection on who we are and how we are connected with the world around. There will be plenty of opportunity to share our experience.
