It’s been a busy start to 2018 and we can’t quite believe it’s April!

We’ve had our New Year Special on managing internal stress – we hope it added a few tools to your mental health toolkit and helped you start the year with a clearer mind! – and completed our 32nd and 33rd peer-counselling programmes. With our graduate community growing, more people are gaining access to ongoing support to further improve their well-being.

This includes more men receiving support through our all-man ongoing support group, which is hopefully helping to reduce stigma around male mental health.

Speaking of results, our University of Roehampton researcher continues to assess all our programmes and we’re delighted that our results hold strong with large, long-lasting increases in participant well-being.

Such results wouldn’t be possible without continued funding from Islington Clinical Commissioning Group and the other grant-funding bodies that support our services.

Thankfully this funding means we’re going to be running two further programmes starting Friday, 27th April (Islington and Camden Only) and Thursday, 10th May (Open to All). For more details and to sign up click HERE.

Also, look out for more information on our upcoming Mental Health Awareness Week Special on Wednesday, 16th May! More details soon!
